Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu- 6 Chakra. Sasuke shoots a giant fireball engulphing the area in front of him and doing 25 to 35 damage
Chidori- 6 Chakra minimum. Covers your hand in pure energy and allows you to charge it with up to 10 chakra for more damage
Shi Shi Rendan- 3 Chakra. Sasuke performs a fast kicking combo that does 15 damage, and 20 with Sharingan activated
Sharingan- 5 Chakra. Sasuke activates Sharingan which increases his damage and speed

ShugoHakke Rokujuyonshou- 5 Chakra. Hinata creates a shield out of tiny chakra blades and also fires them in random directions doing 15 damage a hit
First Aid- 5 Chakra. Hinata uses her medical knowledge and powerful ointments to heal herself for 20 health
Aburame Shino:

Place Konchuu- 1 Chakra. Shino places a tracking bug on the enemy that drains one chakra and allows the use of his other techniques
Detonate Konchuu- 4 Chakra. Shino detonates the tracking bug on the enemy doing 20 damage
Kikaichuu no Jutsu- 5 Chakra. Shino uses the tracking bug to call a huge swarm of chakra eating bugs to the enemy, draining 3 chakra and doing 10 damage
Mushi Kabe no Jutsu- 2 Chakra. Shino summons thousands of bugs that swarm around him and create a shield from attacks
Inuzuka Kiba:

Tsuuga- 3 Chakra. Kiba begins to spin rapidly allowing him to tear into his enemies for 6 damage a hit
Juujin Bunshin- 4 Chakra. Kiba summons his dog akamaru and transforms him into a copy of himself with 20 hit points
Soutourou- 8 Chakra. Kiba and Akamaru fuse to create a giant double headed wolf, increasing Kibas damage and speed
Garouga- 4 Chakra. Once in double headed wolf form Kiba will spin with enough force to tear a person in half, doing 15 damage per hit
TEAM GAI
Hyuuga Neji:

Jyuuken- 3 Chakra. Neji strikes an opponent and drains one chakra doing 10 damage and 15 damage while in Byakugan
Hakkeshou Kaiten- 1 Chakra. Neji creates a forcefield of chakra capable of blocking and deflecting most jutsus
Byakugan- 4 Chakra. Neji activates the Hyuuga clans secret Doujutsu increasing his speed and damage
Hakke Rokujuyonshou- 5 Chakra. Neji strikes an opponent up to 64 times doing light damage but if the strikes hit, draining 4 chakra from the enemy
Rock Lee:

Kage Konoha Buyou- 1 Chakra. Lee quickly move behind the enemy leaving them open for attack
Konoha Senpuu- 2 Chakra. Lee unleashes a powerful spinning kick that knocks the enemy back and does 10 damage, or 15 when he has gates unlocked
Lotus: Tomon Kai- 10 Chakra. Lee opens the 5th chakra gate massivly increasing his speed and power
Ura Renge- 7 Chakra. Once behind an enemy Lee knocks them into the air and drives them back to the ground doing 40 damage, or 60 damage when his gates are unlocked Lee also takes 10 damage from the stress this move puts on his body
TenTen:

Speed: Normal
SouShouryuu- 5 Chakra. TenTen unleashes dozens of summoned weapons doing a varying degree of damage
Throw Shuriken- 1 Chakra. TenTen summons and throws a shuriken that does 5 damage, and 7 damage when her weapon summoning is active
Throw Kunai- 2 Chakra. TenTen summons and throws a large kunai that deals 7 damage, or 9 damage when her weapon summoning is active
Kuchiyose: Tobidougu- 5 Chakra. TenTen prepares her powerful weapon summoning scrolls allowing her to throw weapons with greater accuracy and power

Nara Shikamaru:

Speed: Normal
Meditate- 5 Chakra. Shikamaru begins meditating and planning a strategy allowing him to use his jutsus more effectivly
Kage Mane no Jutsu- 8 Chakra. Shikamaru uses his shadow to capture the enemy and hold them in place
Kage Kubi Shibari- 5 Chakra. Shikamaru extends his shadow and wraps it around the enemies neck inflicting 40 damage
Throw Kunai- 2 Chakra. Shikamaru accuratly throws a kunai at the enemy doing 7 damage and 13 when Shikamaru is meditating
Yamanaka Ino:

Speed: Normal
16 hit combo- 3 Chakra. Ino performs a fast combo hitting the opponent for 10 damage and 16 damage if they are bound
Shintenshin no Jutsu- 4 Chakra. Ino captures the opponents body allowing herself a chance to rest and recover
Poison Flowers- 4 Chakra. Ino throws poison flowers at the enemy causing them to take a constant stream of damage
Hair Rope Bind- 4 Chakra. Ino uses her hair to create a rope out of chakra to bind the enemy to the ground
Akimichi Chouji:

Speed: Slow
Baika no Jutsu- 2 Chakra. Chouji uses his chakra to increase his size allowing him to use his other jutsus
Nikuden Sensha- 2 Chakra. Chouji forms himself into a ball and rolls at the enemy causing 7 damage
Bubun Baika no Jutsu- 4 Chakra. Chouji enlarges his fist and arm and swings it at the enemy doing 20 damage
Take Pill- 4 Chakra. Chouji takes up to 3 chakra enhancing pills that increase his damage and speed, but also damage him for 10 points a pill

Gaara:

Suna no Muya- 1 Chakra. Gaara creates a thick dome of sand capable of blocking most techniques
Suna Shuriken- 2 Chakra. Gaara throws a guided shuriken made of sand that causes 6 damage to the enemy
Sabaku Kyuu- 8 Chakra. Gaara envelops the enemy with sand causing them to be completely immobalized for a short time
Sabaku Sousou- 6 Chakra. Gaara crushes an enemy trapped in Sabaku Kyuu for 60 damage
Kankurou:

Kugutsu no Jutsu- 8 Chakra. Kankurou summons his attack puppet Karasu who can launch kunais, poison bombs, and has 60 hit points
Karasu Kunai- 3 Chakra. Karasu launches a kunai at the enemy for 10 damage
Karasu Poison Bomb- 5 Chakra. Karasu launches a poison bomb at the enemy that does damage over time
Kuro Higikiki Ippatsu- 8 Chakra. Kankurou sends out his capture puppet Kuraori to capture the enemy and stab them repeatedly for 40 damage

Ichi no Hoshi- 2 Chakra. Temari sends a small burst of wind at the enemy for 6 damage

Dosu Kinuta:

Kyoumeisen: Drill- 4 Chakra. Dosu uses his sound amplifier to cause the enemy to lose coordination and become slower
Kyoumeisen: Vibration- 4 Chakra. Dosu uses his sound amplifier to cause the opponent to become dizzy and lose focus
Amplifier Tuning- 4 Chakra. Dosu takes a moment to fine tune his amplifier increasing the effectiveness of his techniques
Amplifier Gauntlet- 3 Chakra. Dosu slams his large amplifier into the enemy doing 10 damage, and 15 damage after he has fine tuned his amplifier
Zaku Abumi:

Zankuuha- 2 Chakra. Zaku sends a small blast of air from his cannons at the enemy doing 6 damage and 12 when he has tuned up his cannons
Zankyokukuuha- 6 Chakra. Zaku sends a huge blast of air causing damage in a wide radius in front of him and doing 25 damage or 30 when he has tuned up his cannons
Cannon Tuning- 4 Chakra. Zaku tunes up his air cannons for maximum efficiency increasing his attacks damage
Air Cannon Defense- 2 Chakra. Zaku uses his air cannons to defend himself allowing him to repell almost all enemy attacks

Suzu no Oto- 5 Chakra. Kin uses the sound of bells to cause the enemy to lose coordination and become slower

Umino Iruka:

Fuubaku Houjin- 5 Chakra. Iruka sets, then activates a special holding seal that removes the enemies ability to move for a short time
Kawarimi no Jutsu- 2 Chakra. Iruka quickly replaces himself with a nearby log allowing him to escape an enemies attack completely unseen
Exploding Tag- 4 Chakra. Iruka throws an exploding tag at an enemy 2 spaces in front of him, if the tag hits an enemy directly it explodes doing 25 damage, if not the tag will remain active and can be detonated for 20 damage (Use Detonate Exploding Tag to activate a tag)
Touji Mizuki:

Weapon Barrage- 4 Chakra. Mizuki throws a barrage of random weapons at the enemies doing a varrying ammount of damage
Slash- 2 Chakra. When in normal form Mizuki slashes with a kunai doing 10 damage, when in tiger form Mizuki does 15 damage
Giant Shuriken Throw- 3 Chakra. Mizuki chucks one of his signature giant shurikens at the enemy doing 12 damage or 15 damage in tiger form
Tiger Form- 10 Chakra. Mizuki mixes and injests a secret formula created by Orochimaru, after which he gains a burst of power and a tiger like appearence
LAND OF WAVES ARC
Demon Brothers:
Health: 60
Speed: Normal
Gozumezu- 0 Chakra. Gouzu and Meizu seperate with Gouzu becoming your active character and Meizu becoming as a summon
Gauntlet Strike- 2 Chakra. Gouzu strikes with his large arm gauntlet slashing the enemy for 10 damage
Meizu Strike- 2 Chakra. Meizu strikes with his large arm gauntlet slashing the enemy for 10 damage
Poison Slash- 5 Chakra. Gouzu applies a powerful poison to his claw and slashes the enemy doing damage over time
Haku:

Sensatsu Suishou- 3 Chakra. Haku sprays water into the air and quickly hardens it into hundreds of ice needles that launch at the opponent for 15 damage
Senbon- 2 Chakra. Haku precisely throws acupuncture needles at the enemy doing 5 damage and having a chance to blind them, or slow their movements
Makyou Hyoushou- 4 Chakra. Haku uses his special bloodline jutsu to freeze water into mirrors that not only trap the enemy, but allow him to move at super human speeds between them
Mirror Transfer- 1 Chakra. Haku uses his speed to quickly transport himself behind the enemy
CHUUNIN EXAM ARC
Oboro:
Health: 100
Speed: Normal
Oboro Bunshin- 3 Chakra. Oboro creates five clones out of mist making some that are able to attack
Kasumi Juusha- 2 Chakra. Oboro uses a genjutsu to create a large amount of mist clones for distraction
Dochuu Eigyo- 2 Chakra. Oboro uses his clones as an opertunity to attack by throwing a kunai out of a random solid clone for 10 damage
Crossbow- 3 Chakra. Oboro fires a burning arrow at the enemy from his crossbow for 15 damage
Shigure:

Umbrella Senbon- 4 Chakra. Shigure sprays needles in all directions from his umbrellas that do 8 damage, or 12 when Shigure is focusing on the needles
Jouro Senbon- 5 Chakra. Shigure focuses on his needles inbeding them with chakra and increasing their damage and accuracy
Jouro Blast- 4 Chakra. Shigure controls his umbrellas to fire a single blast of needles at the enemy for 15 damage, or 20 when he is controlling his needles
Jouro Turret- 5 Chakra. Shigure throws his umbrellas into the air and rains needles onto the enemies continualy for 3 damage
LEGENDARY KUNOICHI ARC
Shizune:
Health: 100
Speed: Normal
Fukumi Hari- 2 Chakra. Shizune fires a group of needles at the enemy for 7 damage
Ninpo: Doku Kiri- 5 Chakra. Shizune spews a large cloud of poison gas from her mouth doing damage over time to all enemies in the radius
Shousen Jutsu- 5 Chakra. Shizune uses her medical ninjutsu skills to heal herself for 30 damage over a few seconds
TonTon!- 3 Chakra. Shizune summons her pet pig TonTon who attacks the enemy and has 20 hit points.
Medical Specialist Shizune:

Shousen Jutsu- 5 Chakra. Shizune uses her medical ninjutsu skills to heal herself for 30 damage over a few seconds
Chikatsu Saisei no Jutsu- 10 Chakra. Shizune focuses all of her energy on an ally and using the targets hair as a medium heals 50 health
Chiyute no Jutsu- 3 Chakra. Shizune uses her chakra to create an aura of healing, healing both her and adjacent teammates for 15 health
Fukumi Hari- 2 Chakra. Shizune fires a group of needles at the enemy for 7 damage
SASUKE RETRIEVAL ARC
Jiroubou:
Health: 120
Speed: Slow
Doton Kekai Dorou Doumu- 8 Chakra. Jiroubou creates a giant prison of earth that drains 5 chakra from the enemy and gives it to Jiroubou
Doton Doryuu Dango- 5 Chakra. Jiroubou grabs a large chunk of dirt from the earth and chucks it at the enemy for 25 damage, 30 in CS, and 35 in CS2 Jiroubou takes 5 damage in CS2
Curse Seal- 8 Chakra. Jiroubou releases his curse seal greatly increasing his chakra, once he has activated Curse Seal for 8 chakra you can activate Curse Seal level 2
HouShou- 3 Chakra. Jiroubou strikes the enemy with his palm launching them backwards and doing 15 damage, 20 in CS, and 25 in CS2 Jiroubou takes 3 damage in CS2
Kidoumaru:
Health: 100
Speed: Normal
Curse Seal- 8 Chakra. Kidoumaru releases his curse seal greatly increasing his chakra, once he has activated Curse Seal for 8 chakra you can activate Curse Seal level 2
Amagumo- 8 Chakra. Kidoumaru summons his giant spider Amagumo and uses it to rain hundreds of baby spiders on the enemy doing continues damage
Kumosenkyuu- 4 Chakra. Kidoumaru creates a bow and arrow out of spider thread and fires it at the enemy for 10 damage, 15 when CS is active, and 20 when CS two is active
Kumomayu- 2 Chakra. Kidoumaru uses his sticky spider threads to bind the enemy for a short time
Sakon and Ukon:
Health: 100
Speed: Normal
Souma no Kou- 5 Chakra. With curse seal level 2 activated Sakon and Ukon split and can attack on their own
Curse Seal- 8 Chakra. Sakon releases his curse seal greatly increasing his chakra, once he has activated Curse Seal for 8 chakra you can activate Curse Seal level 2
Taren Ken- 3 Chakra. Sakon performs a lightning fast punching and kicking combo alongside Ukon, when they are together this technique does 15, 20 in CS, 25 in CS2 and Sakon takes 5 damage. If Sakon and Ukon are seperate the damage is halved
Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Rashoumon- 2 Chakra. Sakon summons the unbreakable wall Rashoumon to protect him briefly
Tayuya:
Health: 100
Speed: Normal
Curse Seal- 8 Chakra. Tayuya releases her curse seal greatly increasing her chakra, once she has activated Curse Seal for 8 chakra you can activate Curse Seal level 2
Makyou no Ran- 2 Chakra. Tayuya plays her flute summoning ethereal monsters that eat chakra and do 5 damage, 10 damage in CS, and 15 in CS2
Mateki Genbusoukyoku- 10 Chakra. Tayuya plays her flute and summons 3 large demons with 25 health
Mateki Mugen Onsa- 8 Chakra. Tayuya uses her flute to cast a genjutsu on the enemy that sends them into a barron wasteland where they see their death while Tayuya does 20 damage, 25 in CS, and 30 in CS2
Drunken Rock Lee:
Health: 130
Speed: Fast
Sake- 3 Chakra. Lee drinks powerful sake that relaxes his muscles and allows him to move fluidly and dodge most attacks, but he severely loses his coordination.
Omote Renge- 5 Chakra. Lee wraps his arm bands around the enemy from behind and drives them down into the ground for 35 damage
Konoha Dai Senpuu- 6 Chakra Maximum. Lee jumps into the air and spins rapidly kicking his enemy several times for 10 damage.
Konoha Repuu- 3 Chakra. Rock Lee spin kicks the enemy for 8 damage and causes them to fly backwards.
FILLER ARC
Kurosuki Raiga:
Health: 100
Speed: Normal
Raikyuu- 2 Chakra. Raiga conducts electrical energy into a ball on his swords and throws it at the enemy for 10 damage
Raigeki no Yoroi- 4 Chakra. Raiga uses his swords to create a field of lightning around him, giving him immunity to most attacks temporarily and doing 15 damage to surrounding enemies
Ikadzuchi no Kiba- 6 Chakra. Raiga summons a powerful plume of electricity from the sky and rains it down on the opponent for 40 damage
Rairyuu no Tatsumaki- 4 Chakra. Raiga creates a vortex of lightning chakra that forms into a dragon that launches at the enemy for 15 damage
